A long time lover of meats and cheeses, when I decided to stop eating animal products I turned to vegan cookbooks for guidance. I was dismayed when I saw the "requirements" for these complicated recipes. Expensive food processors, blenders, stand mixers, and more. I had neither the funds nor the kitchen space for such accessories, so I decided to come up with my own recipes and go it alone. I created this site so that YOU don't have to. Victoria's Vegan is dedicated to simple, delicious, nutritious vegan food that even your most meat-centric friends will love.

YEAAAA!!!! Victoria this so awesome! I love it. And your pizza did win major points with me too! It was so god all I could do when I was eating it was keep eating it and make yummy sounds the whole time. LOL.
